You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Worn hats = no-go. We’re all about hygiene and fresh gear.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different style or size? No problem. Just contact us within 14 days and we’ll help you swap it out (if it’s still in stock).

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@glowbalhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

😞 Damaged or Wrong Item?
Our bad! If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us ASAP at support@glowbalhouse.com. Include photos so we can fix it fast.
